  • Contact your health care professional if you are concerned about your child's fever or if it doesn't improve within 24 hours.
  • Get urgent medical attention if a headache and stiff neck accompanies your child's fever - this combination of symptoms may suggest meningitis.

Oral sprays are convenient and have a more rapid rate of absorption when sprayed under the tongue.

Tablets and pills should be placed under the tongue and allowed to dissolve. They may be chewed and swallowed after 30 seconds.

Oral liquids may be taken diluted with water. The diluted liquid may be sipped slowly.

Creams or gels should be gently massaged into the affected area.

It is generally recommended that homeopathic medicines are best taken between meals - half an hour before or an hour after.

Homeopathic medicines should be stored in a cool place away from direct sunlight and perfumes, disinfectants or other strong smelling substances.

Children under 12 years should take half the recommended adult dose.

Check with your health care practitioner before using any medicines if you are pregnant, particularly during the first trimester of pregnancy.

As with any other medication, please consult your healthcare practitioner if symptoms do not improve.
