What is it for?
For the temporary relief of travel sickness.
Helpful hints
- Doing somersaults or jumping on a trampoline before the trip may help to desensitise you to motion sickness.
- Avoid bulky or fatty food, alcohol or salty or dairy foods before travel and instead use light meals or snacks that are low in calories.
- Try to keep your stress levels to a minimum.
- Try to keep your head still.
- Get plenty of fresh air.
- Try to keep yourself mentally occupied, buy not by reading.
- Sit or lie down in an area of the ship, plane or car etc with the least motion. For example, in a plane, if possible sit near the wings. On a ship, stay on the deck and focus on the horizon, or, if you're inside the ship move to the middle of the ship.
- If you're travelling at night and can't see the horizon, close your eyes or try to get some sleep.
- In the car, drive or sit in the front seat.
Dosage
Adults only: 4 sprays. Spray under the tongue at commencement of travel and repeat every 2 to 4 hours as required until symptoms abate. Use only as directed. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.

Contains equal parts of:
Apomorphinum muriaticum (Apomorphine hydrochloride) 6C, Cocculus (Indian cockle) 5C, Nux vomica (Poison nut) 6C, Petroleum (Rectified oil) 5C, Sepia (Cuttlefish ink) 3X, Tabacum (Tobacco leaf) 6C.
Homeopathic product traditionally used for the above indications.
Oral sprays are convenient and have a more rapid rate of absorption when sprayed under the tongue.
Tablets and pills should be placed under the tongue and allowed to dissolve. They may be chewed and swallowed after 30 seconds.
Oral liquids may be taken diluted with water. The diluted liquid may be sipped slowly.
Creams or gels should be gently massaged into the affected area.
It is generally recommended that homeopathic medicines are best taken between meals - half an hour before or an hour after.
Homeopathic medicines should be stored in a cool place away from direct sunlight and perfumes, disinfectants or other strong smelling substances.
Children under 12 years should take half the recommended adult dose.
Check with your health care practitioner before using any medicines if you are pregnant, particularly during the first trimester of pregnancy.
