· The best way to minimise the effects of stress is to start taking good care of yourself:
· Aim for 8 hours a night of deep, relaxing sleep
· Enjoy some regular physical activity to release natural feel-good chemicals in your body
· Eat small meals that contain plenty of complex carbohydrate up to 6 times a day to help keep blood sugar levels stable
· Cut down on stimulants like coffee and alcohol
· Find a relaxation method that you really enjoy and works for you — it may be yoga, meditation, deep breathing, bush walking or any number of things.
Homeopathic product traditionally used for the above indications.
Oral sprays are convenient and have a more rapid rate of absorption when sprayed under the tongue.
Tablets and pills should be placed under the tongue and allowed to dissolve. They may be chewed and swallowed after 30 seconds.
Oral liquids may be taken diluted with water. The diluted liquid may be sipped slowly.
Creams or gels should be gently massaged into the affected area.
It is generally recommended that homeopathic medicines are best taken between meals - half an hour before or an hour after.
Homeopathic medicines should be stored in a cool place away from direct sunlight and perfumes, disinfectants or other strong smelling substances.
Children under 12 years should take half the recommended adult dose.
Check with your health care practitioner before using any medicines if you are pregnant, particularly during the first trimester of pregnancy.
As with any other medication, please consult your healthcare practitioner if symptoms do not improve.
