What is it for?

A Bach flower remedy traditionally used to help relieve nervous tension, stress and mild anxiety.

Dosage

Adults: 2 to 4 drops. Children 2 to 12 years: 2 drops. Apply on the tongue four times a day or add to some water or fruit juice and sip four times a day. If necessary, the dose may be repeated every 15 to 30 minutes, reducing to hourly, until the condition improves.

Active ingredients

Contains flower essences of Clematis, Rock Rose, Impatiens, Star of Bethlehem and Cherry Plum.

Oral sprays are convenient and have a more rapid rate of absorption when sprayed under the tongue.

Tablets and pills should be placed under the tongue and allowed to dissolve. They may be chewed and swallowed after 30 seconds.
