Returns Policy:
In the event that a refund is requested, all refund claims must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. Claims made after the 10 day period will not be accepted. Please check your orders carefully upon receipt and note the following.
If you ordered the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible on 1300 308 108 or email us at custserv@brauer.com.au. If the order has already been dispatched, we are unable to recall it. You will need to receive the delivery then post it back to our postal address (1 Para Rd Tanunda SA 5352). A refund will only be issued if the product is received by Brauer Natural Medicine in its original undamaged condition. Brauer Natural Medicine will not refund any postage costs in this instance.
If we supplied you with the wrong product, please call Brauer Natural Medicine on 1300 308 108 or email us at custserv@brauer.com.au and we will ask you to return the parcel to our postal address. Once we’ve received the parcel we will issue you a full refund including postage costs and the correct product will be posted out at no extra postage charge.
If you received the product you ordered in a damaged condition request that Australia post send it back to Brauer Natural Medicine as “Damaged In Transit”. Then please contact us via phone or email informing us of the situation. Brauer Natural Medicine will follow that up with Australia post and re-send your order. In the event that you only discover the damage after opening the parcel, contact us immediately and we will ask you to post the parcel back. Brauer Natural Medicine will resend the order and refund you the postage cost of returning the damaged parcel.
If your order is incomplete, Brauer Natural Medicine will thoroughly investigate this and if this is the case, Brauer Natural Medicine will send replacement stock, but not issue a refund.
Ordering Policy:
It’s important to note that once you’ve placed an order, we’re unable to add any other products to or delete products from that order. If an item is out of stock we’re unable to place it on backorder. Rather, you’ll need to re-order it at a later date.
Shipping Policy:
Goods in stock ship on the next business day as ordered by the method chosen by the customer at checkout, if payment for those goods has been cleared. If payment does not clear, the customer will be notified of this and further instructions sought. Goods are sent throughout Australia by standard Australia Post parcel, with a maximum weight of 500g. Orders with a gross weight in excess of 500g will incur additional postal charges. Delivery times are those applied by Australia Post. Note that items sent by “Australia Post Parcel Post” cannot be tracked online as Australia Post itself does not track these deliveries..
